1. Full-contoured Zirconia
Definition:
- Full-contoured Zirconia is opaque, so it is usually used to design molar crowns.
- Full-contoured Zirconia contains more stabilizers than high-transparent ones, so it has the good chewing strength.
- This type of restoration only requires small gaps and the opposing tooth has the low abrasion.
- It is effective to do the full-contoured Zirconia for severely discolored teeth. In particular, the full-contoured Zirconia is suitable for blackened teeth due to the previous dental treatment such as post and core or dental implants.

- Layered Zirconia consists of Zirconia framework with high durability and accuracy due to its design by modern CAD/CAM technology, and porcelain layer covers on the top creates characteristics of teeth’s shape, color and effect.
